Covid-19 and our Procedure

We are currently allowed to remain Open for business for the Welfare of your dogs.

​

We have however had to make some Changes to the running of the salon to protect You as well as ourselves.

ALL VISITS will be by appointment only, Bookable over the phone.

 

NO walk in services are offered at this time.

​

One Person in the Salon at any one time unless absolutely necessary 

​

Mask Are required at ALL times when on the premises, No entry will be permitted without one being worn. We wear one all day every day to keep ourselves and you safe so please respect our policy.

​

Please arrive on time for your appointment as we have a small window for each arrival to ensure no waiting around to enter. and again for your collection, We will call you with a collection time to ensure no clients clash on arrival.

Our in salon instructions are as follows, please read to familiarise yourself before arriving;

On arrival please ring the door bell,

We will unlock the door and retreat back behind the gate for you to then enter,

We have hand sanitiser provided for you to use once inside.

Please then remove your dogs belonging ( lead and collar / harness coats) and use our lead provided on your dog and take your dogs belongings with you and bring them back when collecting.

​

Once you have left we will sanitise the reception area and door handles inside and out ready for the next client.

​

Please do not take offence if at this current time we can not stand and chat as we need to minimise the time any one client is in the salon.

​

Payment can be either Cash or Debit card which ever is your preferred method .
